Refund policy

Exchange orders may take up to 2-10 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse due to size unavailability !!

What are returns ? Return & Refund Policy Return process is a process where a customer receives a product and due some reason cannot use it and hence demands a refund for the product delivered .

As we do not offer REFUNDS currently and so we do not offer RETURNS. ( Anyhow if you have any size issue / defective product received it will be exchanged and you will be provided with your desired product with size ) 
We offer Exchanges only when you fall under these categories -
1 - Damaged / Defective product received
2 - Wrong / Different product sent
3. Color Difference
Also we currently do not provide any REFUNDS.
Exchange process will take at least 3-7 days to be completed and once done after that we will be shipping your new order.
Please keep the timeframe in mind due to unavailability of the product sizes !! -

Please note all queries shall be solved via mail / whatsapp only and not via calls to maintain legal proof for each and every customer !! For cancellation of order please update us within 24 hours of placing the order / before the order is shipped whichever reason is applicable first and we will cancel the order from our end. Once the order is shipped we cannot cancel it.
